review date: november 14, 2021 customer service: ongoing since 2015 the lcbo @ center mall is a small, in-and-out arrangement. comes with no drive-thru. hours are standard as with other leading locations (meaning they are open to the max they are allowed) parking is plentiful, however if tbs and neighboring walmart are both busy at once, your walking distance might be a bit longer than expected. i retired from the beer game in 2018 for health reasons, so i only use this location as a return center for my empties, and then i move on to the lcbo close by. the reason i'm giving this location a 4 is because the staff here overall are polite, if not friendly, and do try to make for a pleasant shopping experience. this is an area with a lot of socially unrefined characters as customers, and i can appreciate it's not easy to deal with the public. relative to how busy this postage stamp-sized place gets, the staff are pretty conscientious as to when they need to keep the chit-chat down and keep the line moving. bottom line: i would use this location if i am in the area for returns. i would recommend this location to others for the beer buying needs.

Terrible customer service. Tried to return a case I bought 5 minutes ago and they said they don't do refunds. Apparently it says that on your receipt (which they don't give you) and it's obviously too late by then anyways. We will never buy from here again.
