I recently visited this LCBO and was blown away by the excellent customer service myself and my husband received from Chris, one of the store's staff members. Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the store's products, and he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He even made some great recommendations that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer at this store, and I'll be sure to ask for Chris whenever I need assistance. Thank you for the great experience!

The staff were very pleasant eager to assist me in finding a certain product I was unable to find on my own. They went above and beyond offering a call if and when they do get what I was looking for in the future. Also store was very clean and free from isle obstructions.

There was a lady who was so unrespectgul. My aunt cant speak English. As a result my aunt told her that. She showing her impatient face and ignored my aunt telling her thank you. My aunt always liked one of the lcbo wines so much that she kept buying them. This is her first time to buy in this store. It made her very sad
