I never being so much disrespected, and discriminate buy this lady who work on this location her name is Lory and she call herself a manager in the store. This lady need to learn manager and to talk to customer just because I put to small examples bottle on a bottle I was buying and she accused me of stealing went no was the case no only that she say that was illegal. Went is actually not the true my friend who go to other cash register buy a bottle as well and put two small examples bottle on his bottle and no one say anything to him. This lady obviously discriminate me because I'm no white like her. I did summit a complaint to the LCBO. I never wish bad to anyone but this lady should lose her job to learn the hard way and to learn how to treat people. Does matter the color of the skin or where you come from we are all equal. Shame on you Lory I believe on karma and you will get what you deserve.

Excellent service. A large selection of alcohol. Very clean and well ventilated.

Place is clean and well organized. However the service is why I choose to give only 2 stars. The white male with brown hair was VERY rude at the cash. He is extremely biased as well. my boyfriend is 31 years old and has a full beard, and this guy kept saying he needed ID when Im the one buying the alcohol for one and for two Im littlerally 6 years younger then my boyfriend. Yes I understand if you look under age you need to ask but my boyfriend clearly dosent he rarely ever gets asked for ID. I understand its apart of the job. However He could have been nice about the refusing but instead he choose to make a whole scene about it and treat us horribly and embarrassing us as well as talking down to us for no reason. Im surprised he even has a job.

One very very satisfied customer here :) Big shout out to the manager Doug and his team. He was extremely helpful and understanding, but most importantly he has a knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Wow...amazing experience:)
