Old blond haired lady absolutely unpleasant, obnoxious and rude. And a tall short-haired man absolutely violent and aggressive, yells at costumers. Also a bit racist. Worst experience ever in this store and only got an “I’m sorry” from management. Looking at the reviews this has been happening for over a year, but they are “working on it” pfff. If u don’t know how to treat people, don’t work in costumer service!!! Racist store, be careful

I am absolutely appalled by only one employee that works at this location!! Everytime i come to the store the Older blonde haired women with glasses in Mean and grumby. I have always been kind and asked for what i need with politeness but she continues. I will go further and call the District Manager. This is terrible customer service period!!! I even apologize for doing this but she will not be nice,,,,,,,,,,,,i understand people have but days but this isnt a bad day

Best beer store I've ever dealt with in Thunder Bay. Friendly, courteous, and ultra quick staff. Have never had a problem with them or their management, have never had to wait in line for longer than 2 mins. They have never been out of a beer I wanted either. Although ... it is hard to know what they have (ever since they installed those digital panels, and removed the wall of selection).

Just a terrible experience. Not only were they out of everything we asked for. When we asked questions about what the store had, she kept responding with "no". Even to questions that we're not yes or no questions. I guess she didn't want to communicate with her customers? Regardless of what it is, I will avoid this location from here on out.
