I went into the Cumberland beer store to drop off a truck load of empties. I could not have said thank you enough to the security guard who was kind enough to go out of his way to help me with the carts. Bringing my empties back can be quite the job as I usually stock pile for awhile. That help was so appreciated and I hope this will help him get recognized.

Not able to make a good selection like the old show where they had one of everything and you could see what you were going to buy

I had bad customer service here twice already. I wouldn't post a bad review if it just happened once. But it was with the same individual. The first incident I was paying for my items and I thought I had enough for another item so I requested it and she turned her back and said "this isn't the LCBO" as she stormed into the back room. I then paid for extra said item and it was declined due to an unexpected charge on my account. She then proceeded to act frustrated at me when I told her I didn't have the funds to pay for the extra item. The second time I came back, she recognized me and instantly changed her attitude and I asked for my order and then she proceeded to slam my case of beer on the counter carelessly. I felt this attitude was very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Terrible customer service, denied service because of expired ID even though the province has extended validity until Feb 22 of this year... Then was rude to my wife who ultimately had to purchase our items.

Always friendly and helpful. When I ask for the European tour they are happy to fill up a 8 pack with random European beers and for that, A+! 😁
