I live far from this beer store every time I call to make sure they have what I'm looking for they NEVER ANSWER THE DAM PHONE.

I was standing in-line and they closed the doors with 5 mins left open. I’m very disappointed with this service. Working in the service industry I wouldn’t be able to get away with this. Unprofessional.

Fine for bringing empties to and picking up a case of macro brew, but their selection is otherwise dismal at best. Not much for craft choices. Last time I went in with a few options in mind (usually I pick something up if I'm returning empties - including wine bottles), and they had none of my choices in stock (keep in mind all my choices were on the beer store website).
