Rudest service I've ever recieved. Not helpful, and had to go to another location who would actually serve me.

Been coming here for years and it is consistently my favourite Beer Store ever! Every member of their staff (especially Jen!) has been respectful and greeted me like family 100% of the time. I have also seen them handle rude customers with kindness on a regular basis. These guys get 5 stars from me always.

I have a medical condition and am unable to wear a mask. The girl working there was great at singling me out and making me feel very uncomfortable. No other beer store has had a problem with me or my condition. Not respectful of my issue. Won't be going back ever again.

Most organized staff I've ever experienced. Not even at a beer store but in general. They remember their customers... not just me...I notice while I'm line up they greet everyone like they know them. They are the best hands down. Chopin Dr. Cambridge.

Nice staff, some more educated than others about beer. Truly wish all beers stores had a better way of browsing, aside from the touch screen computer which doesn’t always work. In addition, the hours need to be improved. Only open until 6 on weekdays?!
