Today my 81 year old father went to the Lakeshore Rd store. He came home grinning ear to ear. He said the lady on the cash noticed his NAVY ball cap. She asked if he was in the NAVY. She thanked him for his service. He had tears in his eyes when he repeated her comment. In his 63 years since joining the Navy she is the very first person to ever thank him. I want to say a huge heartfelt thank you. You made his day and it was appreciated more than you’ll ever know.

I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any store in my life at this LCBO. The cashier was the most rude and disrespectful women to me and my 74 year old father. She snaped on me and my father for absolutely no reason. My family and I will never go back to this LCBO because of this women.

A small store on square footage.. but very big on customer service. Can I help you find something in particular? Have you found what you were looking for? Can I order it for you? If you can't carry everything make up for it by taking care of your customers
