Friend got denied service and was told by the cashier to have a friend make the purchase for him (expired ID). When I tried the employee said that he could not make a sale without my friends ID as well, which I understand but was confused because that is what the same employee had told us to do. When I started discussing the issue, a security guard was called and I started trying to state that I was not trying to be aggressive or rude so as to not escalate anything. The security guard understood and handled things with character and professionalism. The cashier on the other hand was getting irritated and acted rude while discussing the issue. I understand having rules and the need to follow them, but we did as the cashier suggested, still got denied and were treated to the cashier acting smug and rude saying that "maybe your friend should bring his ID next time". Everyone involved is well above the drinking age. As stated above, no problem with rules and the need to follow them, but the rudeness of the cashier is not something I should have to deal with, specifically when I was not acting rude or aggressive. I was not raising my voice, but I have a tall figure, which is why I felt scared when the security guard was called and tried deescalating the situation. When I saw that there was no point in discussing anything further and the cashier was still acting rude, I asked if I could pay for just my six pack, got denied as well and left as I was losing my temper at the rudeness. Will not be returning to this LCBO.

Love this store! It's close to my house and has a great craft beer selection. I usually deal with Kim when it comes to the different beers and she is very knowledgeable about their products.

Not a huge store compared to others but don't let the size fool you. If you like a good beer selection which always offers something new, this is one of the best locations in the city! One down side, there's a lot of businesses in the plaza, the parking lot can get quite jammed at times.

Craft beer selection is on point with this location. They also have a clearance section for things not going to be sold anymore at this place. Be quick because it is constantly rotating.
