Terrible customer service! The lady at the register stared at me for a solid 5 seconds to come to her for payment after the customer in front of me was done paying but when I walked over she just rudely said ‘wait for me to call you’ even though she was staring at me to come to her anyways. Still not sure what she wanted me to do at that point? Be better at your job and quit acting like you own the place

Despite the snow storm and busy nature of the store, the staff and manager were helpful and pleasant during my visit!

I just went and bought an alcohol! The place is really clean and staff are friendly! I had a pleasant conversation with the lady in cash as well. She reminded me that my id is expiring soon. I think her name was doreen. If you guys want a really good service! Look for her! I don’t know how to spell her name but kudos to lcbo for hiring the best people!!
