If you’re a person of colour living in the port credit area it’s hardly any surprise that the all white staff at a place like this is not going out of there way to make your customer service experience positive. But this is definitely the worst LCBO in Mississauga. Out of the three different Missasuaga locations I go to regularly it is the only one I have ever been carded at, which I guess is fine. Last time I went there I had lost my license (I did not realize this until I got to the counter), and I made no fuss when I was told I would not be cashed out even though I was with another friend (also black) who provided a valid ID. I simply said okay I will go home and find another, please leave these items here for me because I am of age and I will be right back. I came back not even 30 minutes later after taking the bus home and back again, and the rude blonde cashier had put my items away even though I explicitly said I am of age and will be right back. I get it, your job is to ID. Even though I’m not used to being asked to provide idea I did not make a fuss and said I will go get one. But the smugness and dismissiveness of this rude staff is something I will not forget. She said “well we didn’t think you would come back.” What gave you that impression? The assumption that I was not a legitimate customer, even though I’ve been here before, already provided an ID with my companion, was genuinely surprised to find my license wasn’t on me and explicitly told you please I will be right back. She put my stuff down and said yes when I left, just to send me out the door, only to immediately put all my items back. If you’re a person of colour, even though you’re respectful and a paying customer, they will look at you like you’re up to something sketchy. I would say do better, but it doesn’t matter because these people don’t care. Black people please go to another Mississauga location. This place will not do the bare minimum for you and these cashiers are looking for any reason to send you out and not see you again.

Staff not friendly, typical union envionmenAll the more reason we should be able to buy at a corner store. They make you feel that they are doing you a favour to serve you.Sad.

Was hassled for not donating at Christmas time, continously had the sales staff saying "what, not even $2 really" "it's Christmas". Let LCBO donate their own money, Il donate directly if I wish too.

Everyone was busy for questions about wine. Limited wine choice from Europe , only French and Italian is widely presented. Other locations have way bigger choice.

Great service. The assistant manager was warm and educated me on my selection. Just a great experience
