Tampered box of 12 Molson Coors Light bottles!!! The box had its perforated top slightly opened but the staff at the checkout said it would be fine. She said that it was due to being transported or during stocking. At home, I removed a couple bottles and they seemed fine. On November 26, I removed one from the box and am very lucky not to have needed stitches at the hospital! A bottle had the lower part broken off with jagged edges on the glass sides! The broken glass base remained at the bottom of the box. Tried to call but no one answers at the Bramalea City Centre store. Finally, Rich, the manager answered and said that he didn't know what I wanted, but that ... "he can do nothing for me"!!! He told me to call the number on the top of the box 1-800-Molsons. This lack of empathy, concern and customer service is not what we deserve from The Beer Store or from any entity where we are spending our money.

The beer store, was very busy as it should be but still, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! As it is adjacent to the Bramalea City Center, and steps away from the Liquor store and sports bars among other pacilities frequented in this area, it is a faverate stop for meny people!
