LCBO Queens Plate Drive in Etobicoke is an absolute treasure trove of high-quality alcoholic products! The wide range of wine, beer, whiskey, vodka, rum, gin, and other alcohol products is truly unparalleled. While the prices may be a bit higher as it is a government entity, the selection of products is worth it. The staff at this particular store is always courteous and professional, and they are incredibly knowledgeable about the products they carry. I live in the area and frequently visit the store for my needs and have never been disappointed. As someone who comes from a country where females going to a liquor store is considered a taboo, I took my mother along and to her the atmosphere in this store is really good. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-organized.

My favourite LCBO location in Toronto! This clean, well-organized store might be small but certainly has a good variety of options to choose from. I like not having to wander around a larger LCBO store trying to find wine from a certain country, like being an explorer! "Where is Chile?" I asked at another LCBO location. Ha! I am a vertically challenged (not tall!) senior. One day, I stood staring at a big bottle of wine on a top shelf, wondering if I could possibly reach up to successfully grab it. A helpful, smiling staff member approached, asked if I needed help, retrieved the bottle for me and even put it in my shopping cart. Much appreciated! The staff members are really nice, helpful, knowledgeable and have always given me excellent customer service. They are so kind to me as a female senior citizen. The line-ups are never very long and the wait times are short because I've always seen enough staff members working there. I feel really comfortable in this store. The parking lot is huge because Fortino's and a gas station are next door. There is a wine store inside Fortino's but I prefer to go to this LCBO instead. It is a convenient LCBO location in the northwest end of Toronto. Five stars from me! I wish that the LCBO head office hadn't opted out of the Air Miles program but that was a government decision, not the fault of this local store.

This location is very nice and clean and I’ve encountered a lot of helpful staff but today when I came at 11:30am I was greeted by a cashier who seemed unhappy and as a young 21 year old who looks much younger I felt judged and I did not like the way she asked for my ID a bit aggressively. I am still a customer and deserve some respect. This is the only location I felt safe going to and now I don’t feel like coming back. I just wish she was a bit more kind.
