Great collection, most of the International brands are available. Safe place. Right in center of Lawrence and Keele. Great place to shop around. Parking space is good always. Plaza has Walmart, Metro and many more shopping options. Good staff and quick billing.

I wish i had 2 extra arms so i can give the service at this location 4 thumbs down, Mar 23/23 3:05pm standing in line while staff has a tea party ....Saneesa (wrong spelling) a man in a orange and yellow X vest and another woman, all talking and laughing at a previous customer, not serving anyone lined up, , they just kept talking and laughing not acknowledging the customers lined up while we were all puzzled to why no cashier was serving us so they could finish their 5 minute conversation bashing a previous customer that apparently comes in everyday shaming the poor woman while laughing and talking super loud... extremely poor customer service, even while they where taking my money they never acknowledged me and continued their conversation as if i wasnt a paying customer... so rude .... i have my receipt and will be following up with LCBO

The shelves were mostly bare. The one thing I picked up was mispriced. It was not the only on their either as the display was mostly filled. They do not honour scanning code of practice as the UPC code (in very small print under the name of the product) did not match the item. The name matched and as stated the shelf was well stocked and I only wanted one. Helpful advise if shopping there would be to double check the UPC code before you try to buy as their product zoning and pricing needs to be better.

After a few weeks decided to try this store again. Still no domestic beer unless you want to buy singles. Six packs were nowhere to be found. The store is cleaner but the selection is poor. Waste of time shopping at this store I definately won't waste my time again. Previous review: This store is an absolute mess. Shelving all over the place. Beer fridge is warm and completely out of stock of most brands. Unable to find any products throughout the store due to complete lack of signage. And you have to pass a whole line of vagrants looking for handouts just to get into this mess of a shopping experience. I can appreciate improvement in stores but it should be done after hours not when there are dozens of people trying to shop. Now I have to travel somewhere else to find what I'm looking for. What a waste of time. Staff were zero help in finding stock they don't even know where it is.
