Amazing staff, always helpful and knowledgeable

This is the coolest....funkiest layout! Door bell chimes to welcome you...it's like the coziest LCBO you will find anywhere. Only thing missing is Bee Gee's stayin' alive background music! 💃🕺 The Team that serves the local community here are amazing. A smile for you every visit and they keep the store well stocked and super clean! What a great treat to have such a fine crew of colleagues and a great selection smack dab in small town Ontario! Keep up the great work Team LCBO Almonte!!

Have just visited the Almonte LCBO and was greeted by there very rude female manager Patricia I believe is her name. She has the worst attitude and customer service of any store I have visited in this very stressful time. Unfortunately she also got me on not my best day. I must add that she has been rude to me on at least three other occasions where I just walked away but not today. A little “please “and “thank you could really brighten up this store. The barking of commands went out with the old school marm. I have also witnessed her being rude to her staff.I apologize to the other customers but enough is enough.

Very little Vintages selection. As in the Vintages area is a bookshelf with a few rows of inexpensive wine. The place is large enough to accommodate more of a selection of good wine. The 'best' bottle there was a $19 bottle from Australia. That being said, there was a wall of vodka and whiskey. Not my thing, but to each their own.
