Great prices and location. Good selection and service as well

The Wine Rack is an ideal store for various types of wines. They have many stores in Toronto. We have had a great experience at this location. We were there for a Moscato and Reisling. The staffs were nice and friendly. If you are looking for great wines, I would definitely recommend this place.

I don't understand why there are some negative reviews about this store but some people just like to complain I guess. It's located in the heart of Dundas Square where there can be anything from an abundance of rowdy Ryerson students to dealing with the drug addled victims around the corner at the supervised injection site and a constant stream of tourists and I have never seen anything but absolute respect and gentle treatment for everyone who comes through the door. The very diverse and enthusiastic staff is obviously well trained to deal with all these situations and make good wine recommendations and regardless of how busy it can be there at times, the service is always very friendly and personalized so its always a pleasure to go there. The manager Rylee obviously has a knack for good management and hiring skills. ...and the best part is when Max my dog comes in there is always a treat waiting for him.

Only 3 people are allowed at a time for some reason inspete of 3 staff members. Staff is extremely rude to customers as well as the security person.

I liked the shop and the assistant was very helpful, she really did her best to find the wine closest to what i had in my mind. The only thing is all the wines are local, no import. There was also a degustation of cream liquors and sweets. Great location, just in the heart of the city.
