Visited this store today (24th) as it’s my usual store to buy liquor, got to the cashier to pay, brought out my phone to access Aeroplan to get my points and cashier tells me next time I should tell him I had aeroplan!!!! I was quite disgusted and disappointed that LCBO has people like this as staff as the expectation is for them to ask. He further went on trying to explain himself that the other cashier having issues and I told him the cashier can handle herself and he needs to focus on his customer … me. LCBO NEEDS to retrain and caution their staff on how to handle customers as this was passive aggressiveness right there. People expect better from a corporation as this.

Good selection. The cashier is very funny and loves to sing. Excellent choice of Ontario beer.
