Went to the smaller store for something that many of the larger stores in the area were out of. Was happy I went there. Employees were very friendly and had lots of what I was after. Only a couple people in store at once and that was appreciated in times of covid.

I usually don't mind this LCBO location but there is one female staff member in specific who does not make it very enjoyable to shop here. Especially during this quarantine, god forbid you go the wrong way down one of the isles when YOU'RE LITERALLY THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE. Like relax Linda.

Word for word, my experience at the liquor store today was the same as RW. NO ONE ELSE in the store, and she yelled at me because i was going the wrong way down the aisle, an aisle which is 10feet long. Went on about whether i would drive down the wrong side of the road -- and then muttered about "some people think they're so entitled" For pete's sake, there was no other customer in the whole store. Power trip, anyone? She has been miserable like this before, pre-Covid, I guess she just likes to be miserable. I'll drive to Burford where they are friendly and helpful. One star only because there isn't the option for no star.
