The employee was absolutely miserable and so rude when we went to return beer cans. There was accidentally 2 pop cans left in the bag with the other cans and he was extremely rude about and deducted a bunch from the total just from the inconvenience of having 2 pop cans accidentally left in the bag. absolutely no need to be so ridiculously rude.

I went in to return empties and the 2 clowns working at the time wouldn't stop their conversation to help me. I had to interrupt them. Then I told the employee how many returns I had and he tried to rip me off by a $1.20. By far the worst service I've experienced in any beer store across Ontario!!

Thanks Jesse, I'll definitely be looking out for those craft beers as craft beers are in fact my favourite knd of beers. I am headed there now to buy some okanagan springs pilsner but I dont know if they'll have it since it is in fact so crafty and unique to make and distribute across the Lower-Canadian provinces. But I will update and let you know. :)

Friendly staff. Same experience as every other beer store outlet.
