Had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I went in to buy a certain type of wine and they didn’t have it there, only at the other location. While I was walking out one of the cashier’s was filming me with her phone as I walked to my car. I went back in to ask why. She said that she thought I was stealing hence I didn’t purchase anything. Then the manager came and said she had all the right to film me. Manager seemed intoxicated. Have been reported to LCBO HQ. I explained to her how she shouldn’t do that because you don’t know how some people may react. I also asked if we could review the store footage and she refused. Therefore I’ll never shop at this location again.

Good selection but impossible to find someone to help you find something.

Not a drinker so choosing something everyone will want is challenging. The staff are awesome and helped a bunch. Orangeville has the best bottle shop. Thanks for making my visit painless.

This LCBO has a better selection than literally any LCBO southwest of it. I drove 3 hours to visit this LCBO and buy a variety of IPAs that were only available here, further, or online, many of which were only here. It's a huge LCBO with quite a bit of parking. There was a long lineup but their staff worked to resolve that very quickly. I'd argue this LCBO is probably one of the best in Ontario.
