Close long before closing time 8pm, arrived at 7:30 pm exactly on Saturday when sign says open till 8pm, all lights off with numerous other cars in the parking lots all of us confused why they aren’t open. LCBO employees telling me they should be open till 8pm. Of all days to go home early on a Saturday before 7:30pm is ridiculous busy or not you should announce you’re closing early everyday in a small town like port perry

Terrible and I mean TERRIBLE customer service especially from the tall older brunette. She is so crusty and rude to everyone. I would not recommend anyone to go to this beer store as she is there every time I have gone. Never had a good experience there.

The gentleman with the beard and script tattoos hates his job. Always very rude throwing bottles and cans around. Really dislikes returns. Today there was a long line of elderly people in the returns line. He yelled "would you guys get in here and let that door close"!. Don't worry pal Doug Ford is going to help you! July 2020 A new employee that hates counting bottles as well. Rude and obviously hates his job. You should quit if you hate it that much. It certainly can't be the salary keeping you there.

Only been there twice and one lady ( dark hair , thin , late 40"s) always so rude. Short when speaking to an older man who had only 16 bottles and rude to my husband .Mad she is counting bottles that have been sorted.?? Always someone to take your place.
