Staff are polite and courteous. But above that they always have a good selection of drinks at this location which is also way more than what is across the street. It’s kept clean and tidy so you know they care about their customers as well as their image. There is always security so you know that at least it prevents people from acting up and that it is a reasonable and safe place. I would definitely recommend this location.

Good location and good selection of beers, wines, spirits and more. The staff is nice and always ready to help. The store is usually clean. It's also a good option if you come by car as there is a wide parking lot in front of the store.

Worst customer service. Cashiers are not consistent at all when asking people for ID and it is extremely unprofessional how they seemingly pick and choose, and also not even listen when I try to explain a situation.

I like these LCBO because there is plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean and very well organized. There is also a beer store infront of it for when you cannot find what you want.

I tried to pick up a gift box of some kind and the selection is terrible. I used to love getting a box with fancy glasses or gift boxes. I had to go to loblaws.
