I've frequently shopped at this LCBO over the last 6 years and have had nothing but positive experiences, until today. I was shopping with my father and an employee walked up to me in the aisle and asked me if I was of age to drink. I'm 25 so that's totally reasonable, but after I said yes, they followed up by saying that I can't hold alcohol if I'm underage. They didn't ask to see my ID, so at this point I offered to show it, which they replied with "that would be nice" in a somewhat passive aggressive way. All of this would be fine if not a little weird until the next moment. When they saw my ID they commented that I'm a good looking guy and shouldn't be wearing a mask. All of this is inappropriate on SO MANY LEVELS. It is wrong both to comment on a customer's looks in this way, and no businesses should ever tell anyone to not wear a mask. Anyone could have health conditions that still requires them to mask up in public. The employee was named Michelle and seemed new, so I hope management talks to them about appropriate conduct in customer service. I feel uncomfortable with returning to this location, despite nothing but positive experiences until this point.

Great store. I dropped in to grab some beers, lots of Ontario craft beer, even stuff from Bellwoods. There were the usual Canadian beers as well as great imports selection. I didn't inspect the wines and liquor but that is the majority of the store. The store is new and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will return again.

After much debate I am leaving this review after many bad experiences with in staff member named Kathy, the attitude she has with her co workers and with customer is appalling and no management has stepped on any occasion. Overall very unpleasant experiences within this business due to this staff member.

Small but balanced selection of wine. Vintages section could be bigger if I were looking to find fault. Staff are excellent, eager to help and knowledgeable.
