Location and layout are superior to the old store but variety should be significantly increased. One understands that this cannot offer the same as Toronto's Summerhill store, but it should come close to their Bayfield store in Barrie. This new store should be better than just more space with often two shelf rows of the same product. The whisky variety is minimalist. This also applies to most all else. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean, but for variety, you will have to order online or better order from Craft Cellars (Calgary).

Love the new store! Bright and friendly staff!! Well stocked and so much room and choices! Thank you to the friendly staff who helped me get what my husband was looking for! I don't drink but loved it!

Customer service = 0/10. Two women working, both were super rude to each other and the customers including myself. Younger girl was too busy on her phone to serve customers. Terrible experience! (Thursday Oct 20 @ 12:40pm)

New store is nice but older staff look unhappy. No logic with lineup. 3 wickets open but client waiting line in Gin aisle and a another client told me to get in line versus standing in line at each cash??When I asked the cashier she agreed there should be signage. No LCBO bags to purchase. New cashier asked an older staff member if there were any and blunt - NO. The cashier I had was new and smiled and was very pleasant. Some work to do on CSAT.

Would have liked to see bike parking at the entrance to the store. I went to this store on a bicycle several times and could not park it nearby. This is a very simple thing that does not require a lot of money to implement, but unfortunately in Timmins it is so rare to find it.
