Every single time I go inthis happens.. You know if u can't even have a decent conversation with a staff member without them attempting to upsell ....buy more!!! buy more!!! ..why don't u replace the staff with vending machines. It might be easier for the customer.

Once the flagship store, assuming it remains as such with great representation on the shelves and behind the counter. The security liaison top that even by opening the door on occasion. It was appreciated but please don’t expect that daily. A man saw me struggling and helped the door for another. Maybe one day we’ll share some ice wine as that’s something I’ve never had at my personal favourite Wine Rack in the city. Hope it remains as great as it’s ever tasted. Nowadays it’s the choice selection of cider’s including berry, citrus, pineapple and rose my bon vino.

It's okay for lower budget wines, they didn't seem to be very knowledgeable or carry mid to high end wines

I'm only giving 5 stars because of this girl that works there named shanice. She was an outstanding worker. She went above an beyond making sure she met my requirements on what I was looking for. She is one of the few in this location that I can say knows their wine. Keep up the good work!!😊

Great selection of premium Niagara wines. Staff are super friendly even if you're the last customer of the day. Open later than other locations.
