Was aware of Toronto Distillery, never had their product. Must say not only do they produce a fantastic product, was a real treat to meet the the owners. And then to learn that the grains to produce the fine liquors comes from K2 mill, which is also on a different level, well it's keeping with the French term terroir!

Really nice staff and there are FREE samples. OK, they are small, but they should be when you are sampling 40%-50% booze. The barrel kit is a great gift for booze lovers. You get a tiny barrel with unaged spirits to fill it. Awesome!

Cute operation. Liquor hard to swallow for me. Just burns going down.
