Generally a positive experience, but after a dreadful and difficult return of a corked/oxidized bottle of wine today, my opinion of this place has suffered. Two employees telling me that the bottle had to be full'ish to return the wine. Two customer also trying to encourage me to just let it go as my bottle was not full. I had to ask what the policy actually was. No answer, they just go with the 'ish. They called the manager that was meant to call back. So I google their policy. It states the bottle must be 75% full. Now, hopefully they can deal in facts not feelings. I do believe my bottle was botterline full enough, however, seeing as I wasted 15 minutes dealing in judgement rather than customer service, I think it is best they not push too hard at this point. But the employee who declared herself as new did want to make a point of letting me know it isn't 75% full. Thanks for more help new employee and be grateful for your union. 4 stars for my usual pleasant experience of purchasing 1 star for my return experience

28-12-2022 Place was still the same, stock very good and staff readily available for assistance! 👍 Clean, stocked shelves although the place is a little small so the aisles were a little narrow. Staff was available and ready to help (could be due to not many patrons and went on Victoria Day 🙂)
