Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Tasting bar available for wine. Sake list small but good. Had Gekkeikan Black & Gold, one of my favorites.

I went today at around 4-4:30 pm. First interaction we had was she came up to us stating we needed an ID and we better have it when we check out. No hello, how are you anything. Then she continued to follow us. Lastly when going to the cash, she cam to the cash, misgendered us, when corrected, she never apologized and continues to harass us for our ID. When at the cash we showed the cashier and left. She is disrespectful, rude, impatient and sucks with customer service. All the other employees were helpful and nice. She was the only problem. Never coming back to that SAQ, dont recommend if they hire people like that.

Great service; employees are always ready to help. Unfortunately, in Quebec, that's the only place where one could buy hard liquor and no place else.

3 stars for the staff who are quite friendly. Unfortunately the owner is always there and she clearly judges people by their appearance. Service is fine if you look wealthy but you are somewhat looked down upon if you look like I do ... construction worker with a beard, I don't look well off when in my work clothes.
