What a wonderful distillery and a true asset to the community. We made it opening day, and were so privileged to meet owners Tracy (leading us through the tasting) and Christopher (distillery tour) Buck. The space is warm and inviting, very cozy barn-style, and they went above and beyond ensuring guest safety when it came to COVID. The spirits were all distinct and all tasted great. A solid vodka with a hint of sweetness, and then they infused a version with the most delicious spices for an inspired aquavit. They also had a version infused with horseradish, which, to be honest I was scared of, but was quite balanced with a pleasant zing. Finally we sampled a new (not barrel aged) whisky. I was not sure how I would like it as I usually like nice matured bourbons, but it was quite smooth and corn-forward; I plan to use it to make a couple infusions of my own which I think it will be quite well suited for. They have a gin and barrel-aged whiskey in the pipeline. Tracy did such a great job taking us through each drink for a memorable experience. We opted for the $10 distillery tour, which was so fun and informative. They have really cool equipment (I have toured my share of distilleries, but found wonderful uniqueness of their set up and a fun history in how it was assembled and how they had to work around the pandemic). Hats off, and I can not wait to visit again.

Had a very personal tour offered by the owner while he worked on that day's batch, with staff filling and labelling bottles in the background. This was followed by a tasting of their whiskeys (both bourbon and rye). While their oldest whiskey is now only 14 months in the barrel, it shows great promise. Can't wait to go back in future years to sample them again as they age. Would highly recommend a visit. Even the building itself is worth a visit.

Amazing tour and tasting experience from such a proponent of organic spirits. Excellent spirits, especially the barrel- aged gin which was fantastic. Barn is impressive and worth a trip.

You can try organic vodka that's infused with various natural single flavors: blueberry, fig, ginger & maple syrup (best seller). Great concept, branding & addition to N. Conway.

My wife and I visited the distillery and took the tour. I definitely recommend it, the owner really took his time to explain every step of the process. We also did a little tasting while we were there…and left with a bottle or two. The Blueberry Vodka was my favorite! If you’re passing, take the time to stop by… you will be happy you did!
