Omg, so many varieties and choices I have never seen before. Beautiful presentation. Frout everything, from vodka to gin. And an automated tasting station! 4 kinds of maple cream liquor, which is what went there for. Truly the approach to drinking is much more joyful in Quebec, if this is any indication. ;-)
