Prefer now to drive further to get better customer service.I made the error in greeting in English which had 1 employee looking appalled(so continued in french),another, most likely the manager, having zero people skills, and the cashier who was offended that I paid in cash.would rather spend another dollar in gas than tolerate yahoo characters like this! Negatively approached...poor service by petty employees

I’ve shopped there for years, had great service from almost everyone until a few weeks ago. I went to pick up an online order and the employee who served me told me to wait my turn (I didn’t realize he was helping another customer and I apologized) but when helping me, he left me to help a man who interrupted me. This employee left my order on a cart the back of the store and shouted for me to have a nice day as I walked out the front of the store. I have the impression that employee didn’t like me for some reason…and I even did the entire transaction in French. I really like shopping there for the great selection and super convenient location. Next time I get sub-standard service though, I’m going to get the employee’s name and contact their management privately

The SAQ had what I wanted at a decent price. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff. Loved how the gentleman approached me out of the blue offering help and advice. I am always lost in a liquor store, so anyone who can detect that and extend a helping hand to put me out of my misery is always appreciated.

A bit small, but the service is great, plenty of parking. Selection you can expect for its size, but it's conveniently close to an IGA extra.
