Great selection of wines and the staff is always so kind. The staff that is in the wine section are very well versed in the different wines and always give the best recommendation. This is my favorite SAQ in Montreal for that reason.

Like must government run institutions, they hire staff that are really poor at customer service. They make you feel valueless, and that your there for them. lmao, they are just uneducated, over paid, dépanneur clerks punching a cash register at $30 dollars an hour protected by the union so that they pay the union fees with the money they tax the customers from Quebec with. That's it. That is what you contribute to society. So get real SAQ unionized employees, if the SAQ goes "Elon Musk" one day, you would be all let go. Why? Because you are all replaceable. So understand your role, assume the position, bend over, and try to act like a nice human being even if you should be earning your real net worth in the real world $12.75 an hour. Some of these SAQ clerks go about their jobs like there saving the world and too bothered to say hello, Punch the cask register, and say thank you because they got to go in the back to perform life saving brain surgery and can't be bothered.

Extremely nice employees. The red hair guy seems like a manager and he is very professional and cool. Other employees are very nice too. Feel good after visiting this place.

You would think that if a store had a monopoly in the whole province of Quebec that the service would be lousy the selection would be just so so and the stores would be yuck well not so with our SAQ great staff great selection and the prophet goes to help pay for our health care

Good day everyone! I like this SAQ! The folks are great and knowledgeable. I was there the other day for a Whiskey tasting. Gave them the budget that I had and everything played out well !
