This store is immaculate and has a great selection! All covid policies were in place, I felt very comfortable inside. The manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - He took the time to listen to my needs and made recommendations accordingly. I will be back to this location just to get his recommendations!

Amazing service and very friendly employee working at this location

The staff at this location are knowledgeable, helpful and really nice. They are taking the Covid-19 safety precautions seriously including having sanitizer available to customers at the door. This is a small store since it is located in a small village and although it might not have as many choices of wines and spirits you will still be satisfied with their stock. They carry many coolers and craft beer as well as having a cooler for cases of beer.

date;2017-09-11 employee was outside chatting with someone i was inside all by myself for minimum 15 minutes office wide open cash register right there i could've done or took anything easy, that to me does not seem right after what seemed like a very long time,i went outside and ask the employee if he was almost done he got very defensive and rude to me telling me "hold your horses" and telling me"its called customer service" i told him,ok,"what about the customer who has been standing here for 15 minutes waiting to pay looking at you chatting with someone outsde"he knew i was there i was looking right at him through the window he proceeded to tell me"if you dont like it your more than welcome to go to any other lcbo"at this point i was getting upset at the whole situation,i didn't feel this behaviour was fair to me as a customer , i paid for my bottle of wine and walked away very angry and upset about what just happened,as i was walking out he was still saying nasty unprofessional things at me i dont think i deserved this behaviour from a lcbo employee,i have never experienced this kind of behaviour in the retail customer service industry if this was my employee this sort of thing would not be tolerated and would be possibly dismissed .
