I was looking for a specific brand cognac to give as a gift which is not available when i went there other than that ok 👌

It's Sunday (21.11.2021) at 16.56 and as I enter the store I'm told by this chubby short lady ( for recognition purposes ) that , there are 4 minutes left, as we close at 5 pm. I told her I know what I want and she said "it does not exist ". Once I show her in the SAQ application that it does exist the product (gin) , she goes right away "' I don't have it ". I show her that there are showing "8 in stock " on the app and is impossible to be a mistake with that quantity. She continues saying "we don't have it *. What an employee...! She locked the door and left with the cash to go to the back of the store...so I guess she is a manager ? Disgusting experience.

I purchased 3 bottles at the saq and requested a box , SAM the representative informs me that she can sell me a bag for just under 1$ , I inform her I will pay for the box what the cost . But sadly she informs me I need need buy 6 bottles in order to get a box . I never heard or this rule before and I find it very disrespectefull specialy that I was willing to pay for it and I informed her the reason I wanted the box is so the bottles don't hit each other in the car and break on my drive back home . But again she informs me that she will not give me a box even do every cash had a pile of boxes as per the picture . So I ended up buying 6 bottles just from the fear of breaking the 3 on my way home . So thanks for nothing SAM ! HAPPY HOLLIDAYS TO EVERYONE .
