I inquired with multiple companies and Solartime was the best value, the most responsive and offered the best contract for a long term investment. They installed quicker than they estimated. The installation went very quickly. Any issues I brought up were resolved to my satisfaction. They were very willing to work with me to address my concerns. I feel like my system is well sized and I have confidence that Solartime will be there long term. Their office is very close to my home and I signed their contract in their office. Solartime was very helpful in explaining how to get an electric provider that supports a solar installation. They were also very thorough in explaining how my system worked answering any questions before and after installation.

In December 2019, we had Solartime install a ground mounted 17.71 kWp system of 46 panels. The Solartime team was excellent to work with. The salesperson was very helpful. He showed me other installations that would be like ours. He was always available to provide good information and answer questions and he never applied any pressure to buy. Senior company members and the installation team all showed interest, were very helpful, and did a high-quality job. We could not be happier with the system and the service Solartime provided. The system provides for all our power needs. All we pay the utility company is the minimum fee to be connected to the grid and the taxes.

We had a very pleasant experience with Solartime in our journey of installing solar for our house. Martyna was always responsive to our emails and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The install work was done fairly quickly (in two days) and the installer walked us through with things that we should know and how to use/read the monitor panel, which was very helpful. I would recommend Solartime to anyone who is considering solar installment for their house.

We are so pleased with our choice to go with Solartime to install our new system. From start to finish this company was a true pleasure to work with. Their sales team was amazing, and gave us straight forward honest advice and helped us design a system that worked for our situation, and did not attempt to up-sell and lets us make a decision on our own time. When we were ready to move forward, they honored their prices and got straight to work. They helped negotiate the HOA, city permits, all needed documents to our power company etc. and we were on the install calendar in no time. Once the worked started, they completed the install in a couple of days, and ensure everything was up and functional. We spent more time waiting for the power company to swap out the meter than the install took. Solartime also installed a solar pool heating system at the same time, which has been impressive at heating our small pool. The main office is super helpful and followed up with us along the way and after the install. They provide guidance on all documents needed for the tax credits which went very smoothly. We are so excited about our system especially as energy costs continue climbing. Don’t hesitate, let Solartime take care of your project and help you become energy independent!

I've compared more than 10 solar companies until I decided to go with Solartime! Where to start to describe how GREAT this company and people is! (Installation date was Feb 2022)! Since then, my bill have been negative (see pictures)! This company was beyond AWESOME from the very beginning all the way to the installation and monitoring. This company, in my opinion, is one of the BEST solar companies in Dallas-Fort Worth area. They’re honest, transparent, professional, non-pushy, best price compared to other solar companies, hassle free, clear process, continuous timely updates, perfect installation and monitoring. If anything goes wrong with the system, you get help right away (same day or next day which is hard to get from other companies). Also, you can stop by their office in Richardson at any time and see how nice and great these people are!!! Starting from the consultation call, Jason was very helpful and answered all my questions with full honesty and transparency. After that, I was updated on every single step in the process. The installation team was amazing and they were able to finish in one day. My system had one issue in one panel (which is normal in anything in life), but the team did a great job to fix it on the next day (without me knowing that there is an issue). Well, after that, I became a good friend to this awesome family owned business. I'd absolutely recommend working with this company for all the above reasons and also if anything goes wrong with the system, you need a responsive company who come to fix it in a very short time (going with a big company will take a lot of time to get this fixed). THANK YOU Martyna AND EVERY SINGLE ONE IN THE TEAM FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD. I REALLY CAN'T BE HAPPIER!!!
