Read great reviews but the customer support has been terrible for our order. Order has been delayed again, and again and again. Feels like borderline fraud..... We asked for a refund and we don't hear back from the reps. Had to dispute the charges with the credit card company to refund our order. Terrible experience with no decent customer support. Avoid Cutting Edge until this is addressed. Maybe they used to be good, but this is no way to treat customers.

BEWARE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! They have been holding $23,521.22 of my money against my will for over a month now. Crucial info missing from many product descriptions. Company rep. added car charger to my order without telling me it would take a running car 60 hours to charge the REBEL battery in my order. This battery would only power my house for about 9 hours during winter. Ridiculous! I canceled order 1 business day after placing it. They have become unresponsive. Horrible experience!!!

They have great products, but poor stock and even small parts need to be built. They don't keep ready stock on the common parts. Like the 1.5 and 2 inch wind turbine adapter. No stock, pole clamps need build. All small parts should be READY STOCK. Because of this, I will never ever order again. They hide the build information and it isn't readily visible on the product pages.

2/13/23 Update - Finally received the balance of my order that was placed back in September 2022. To CEP's credit, the equipment appears to be high quality. The multiple delays and lack of timely communication have been frustrating. I understand supply is an issue everywhere currently but at a minimum I would expect prompt responses to my inquiries, which has not happened. Hopefully CEP can work out their production kinks and provide better updates to their customers going forward. 1/31/23 Update - received partial order in December and was told remainder would ship 12/30/22. It is now 1/31/23 and still no order fulfillment. Cutting Edge Power has remained unresponsive to my many attempts to contact them. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Original Feedback (December 2022) I placed an order on 9/28/22 and was told the estimated lead time was 6-8 weeks. It is now 13+ weeks and my order still has not shipped. I have been in regular contact with Cutting Edge Power about my order. At first they were very responsive however more recently there has been no response to my repeated requests for an order update. It appears now my order will never ship and I am working with the credit agency to refund my money. Buyer beware!

Unbelievably excellent service and support. Life circumstances led me to request the cancellation of my order, and this was done without problem. HIGHLY recommend, they are very honest and generous.
