Sunshine recently finished our solar installation and we couldn’t be happier! The whole team was a pleasure to work with. They handled all of the red tape that comes along with permissions, inspections, and the guidelines that my utility provider required for grid connection. They even handled dealing with me! I turned out to be a little (ok, a lot) more picky than I was anticipating, but they kept working with me as my understanding evolved and I narrowed down what it was that I really wanted. There was never even a hint of sales pressure on their side. It was truly a process of understanding what it was that I wanted to achieve and turning that into thoughts on how to get there. The installation went smoothly and everyone involved did great work. Most importantly of all, the system has performed great! So, what are you waiting for… give them a call!

Sunshine is excellent. I bought solar from another company years ago that went out of business. I contacted several dozens of installers but nobody would help me get my system running again. Until I was connected with Cody at Sunshine. They came out same week and got my system running again for a great price!

I placed my order with Sunshine in June 2021. Sales guy was very friendly and helped me navigate my options. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. Took about a year to get everything installed due to product delays (not a fault of Sunshine's). However, the installers have not inspired much confidence and have had to make numerous visits to troubleshoot the system. I was the one that had to point out that the batteries were not functional. They were unable to provide the login info for the batteries, only the solar edge info. My system is still not fully functional as of February 2023. I made the mistake of paying the second half of my deposit (total $51k) before my system was fully operational. I have 2 LG 16 kWh batteries that they were not able to install correctly and get working. The claim is that both batteries are defective. Every time I call, I am told that they will look into it and call me back. I have never been called back. Now, my calls go unanswered. I feel like my hand is now being forced to legal action and having another company fix what they could not. I am beyond disappointed. Sounds like most of the installs go well, but they cannot be counted on for support when things do not go well. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out there.

Sunshine Renewable Solutions is truly the premier Texas solar installer. I got a 10kW solar system with a SolArk inverter. They offer SolarEdge and Enphase as well but I wanted to add energy storage to my system. luckily, they also have an outstanding record with energy storage as well. They have experience with nearly all the major battery manufacturers. Go with Sunshine and you will not regret it! This company is the truth. Thomas was an absolute pleasure to work with and Destiny and Cody were great through engineering and install as well!
