As all 1 star reviews have stated, it’s all good and fine if things work, but once you have an issue of any kind, they are the worst customer service with no follow up. Am in San Diego and have had their solar for 10 years. They originally told us removal/install of panels would be no cost if we ever replace roof so I didn’t do it before installation. BIG MISTAKE! Prob my fault for not reading fine print but Sales are liars. We have been trying to work with them for months and it has been a complete mess. How hard is it to plan and execute removal and installation AFTER being paid $3,000. We go round and round with a new Customer Service Rep every time and still no resolution. Can’t even speak to a supervisor or manager. It’s laughable at this point. Biggest headache I’ve ever dealt with for a company. They give you an agreement for removal/installation that states they are NOT responsible for any damages during that process. Why wouldn’t you?! You’re the one doing the work! I would NOT, again, WOULD NOT, recommend Sunnova at all for your solar needs. Customer Service is non existent.
