I really enjoy the options available with Civic Solar. One of the sales Rep, Charlie Saginaw has really been a good resource. His experience and product knowledge helps me put together solar packages I am proud to install. A bad experience with a shipping company was handled smooth and seamlessly. Charlie was working for me and got a new panel and rails delivered ASAP, at no extra cost.

Civic Solar Central office is by far the best distributor that we have worked with. Our account manager Charlie Saginaw is second to none. He is always responsive and ordering is flawless through him, no matter order size. We appreciate it!

These guys treated very really well. Emmett is the Regional Sales Manager that I worked directly with. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and helped me greatly by directing me to videos and information outside the normal data sheet and operating manual. We had one hiccup, which was while deciding what to order, the parts we needed sold out (over a day's time). He was upfront about the low availability beforehand, so it was a possibility to expect. He gave good alternatives to replace what was sold out, but still looked hard for our original parts and when they could come in. I highly recommend them, and would be the first I would call for solar products again.

Great customer service. Charlie is my account manager and does a great job getting me what I need. Navigating the online catalog is easy and CivicSolar has a great selection!
