Longhorn Solar installed a 24 panel array on my home last month and it’s all online now and working perfectly. Of the companies I requested bids from, Longhorn Solar was by far the most professional and timely. The entire proposal, approval and installation process was much faster than I expected. I had a few application questions and Jamison was very responsive. Very satisfied so far!

We had our solar installed this past October and are so happy with the results. We got quotes from a handful of companies but decided to work with Longhorn Solar because there were knowledgeable, responsive and had competitive pricing and products to the other companies we talked to. Our account manager Talon has been so great. He walked us through the process and helped us find the plan right for our family. He continues to be a great resource now that our system is up and running. Roni our contact person throughout the installation process was also very helpful and responsive. Overall we are very happy with our experience with Longhorn Solar and would highly recommend them.

We installed solar panels after dealing without power in the 2021 snow storm. The process of installation took a while, mostly because of permitting with the city. They were finally installed in September 2021, but not correctly. My frustration and annoyance has been with the lack of communication and basically now realizing that we were not sold what we had asked for - a system that would work if the power went out. When we call with questions or concerns about the system we do not get responses or anyone to come look at the issue for weeks or months. As I currently sit in my house without power, I have figured out the problem. We were not sold what we asked for. I am hopeful we can find another company that can help us because I really don’t want to spend anymore money with Longhorn Solar. The only reason I am giving this review anything higher than a 1 is when things are working it has been a good product. However, when it isn’t working it has been a complete nightmare.

Longhorn Solar installed a 5kw system on our home in the DFW area and we are very happy with the quality of work and timeframe it was completed in. The permits took the longest, but the install was fast and appears to be very well done. We are completely satisfied with the job. While initially they estimated it would take till December they actually got the work completed two months early. Excellent job, and our system is producing power well!

I am long term customer and really appreciate the response from Richard and Chris in service dept. I had a roof leak under my solar panels and they came out and remove the panels from suspected area and found a pretty good size hole from probably raccoons that had been under there. They worked with roofing repair company that came out to fix it. Thanks for coming out to remove the panels and put them back on after the work!!! Steven
