We just signed with them because their sales rep was awesome and their payment plan was awesome. It was a very speedy process as far as permits and everything! We have not turned our system on yet- I think they did great so far. This review is purely on behalf of their workers who are unpaid to book services. Companies are only as good as they are to their people, this company gets zero stars in my book! Wish I would’ve gone with Lumio instead. Choose wisely folks!! If their prices are good because they aren’t paying their people, that’s not right!

January 22 2021 I decided to go with Bluraven ; March 16 permitting was completed and in May panels were installed After numerous calls to the company thinking I would start saving money my energy bill went up A lot $$$ and we were shocked still nothing really done except for backburner conversations when I called like “ we’re working on it” and finally in September an technician came out with an inspector from the city and the project failed 😞 inspection We thought ( why wait for the inspector to come out rather than send out your own first ) 🧏🏼‍♀️ And yet again the wait !! Finally it got inspected and passed and we were happy only to get an email on how to finalize the set up and turn on… No-one called to say ok it’s working nothing just left in the dark so for us they get an (D) and that’s being lenient ..

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Robert Karetny in October regarding my solar project which has already been installed in record time! Not only was Robert informative his personality is like a breath of fresh air. He had us feeling like family with his jokes and even made my wife make him a sandwich! She doesn’t even make me sandwiches! I’m waiting for the system to be activated right now. If your lucky enough to get Robert as your solar consultant trust me when I say it will be a grandiose time to say the least! If I could I would give ten stars instead of five

The sales rep promised us total savings on net energy bills if we went solar, as did the presentation that blue raven sends out. We even explicitly asked about center point charges and were told they would be $0 and our average monthly bill $8. After speaking with 5 different energy providing companies, the lowest we would get our average monthly bill is $50, so we are paying more money now for power than before we installed solar. It took 3 weeks for a manager to call me back and they told me I signed a contract that states they were not responsible for any information given to us by their sales reps or even their own presentation. Blue Raven responded to this review putting the blame on me. However, I am connected with an energy company, I have spoken with 7 different energy providers (including 5 that they recommended) and none of them come close to the average monthly bill as presented by Blue Raven when signing the contract. It took 3 weeks to get a manager to call me back (after placing 4 phone calls to the company and sending 3 emails). The manager's response was that they did not stand behind their sales representatives and he emailed me the clause in the contract that says that they do not stand behind any promises given by their employees - thus, the sales representative can tell you whatever they want and their official presentation that shows how much you save is to sell you misinformation. Blue Raven is trying to save face, I am just wanting to warn everyone about the misrepresentation.

We begin our relationship with Blu-Raven in June instead of going with Lumio worst decision I have made in a while. They are very unorganized I had to initiate every process at every step from contacting the HOA to ensuring the permits were electronically delivered to Missouri City municipality. I was never contacted until I would reach out. I literally had to call Missouri City and initiate the permitting process. I would call the company phone number and I would reach someone and they would say they would do a particular thing in the process I would wait two weeks and call back and they would say oh yeah we just got started on it. Even the supervisor are incompetent. I have two neighbors that went with Lumio and they got their projects completed in under two months.
