Service after the sale is really bad. You call to leave a message and they call back at their convenience. I paid over $60k for my system 3 years ago. About $5k for the the outdated 3g inverters that no longer can monitor my system. Monitoring was part of the contract. Now I'm getting a quote for an upgrade. What happened to honoring the sale and warranty? Look it up, there is already a class action lawsuit on the issue...

I wish I would’ve done more research before I selected this company! Never got the consultation after the installation to show me how to monitor my system. I just highly recommend to do extensive research on both Solar panels and the company installing them! I went with this company because I was recommended. My main concern is that a neighbor with a bigger house, more people living in it, and no solar panels had a smaller light bill than I did! When I called about my concern, I was told that we can’t compare houses because it’s two different homes. I got the excuse they may have different windows different insulation and that’s why my bill was higher!I was happy with the installers they did an amazing job. But after the cell don’t expect great customer service!

Having solar panels has been very convenient for my home, but CAM Solar takes a lot of time to complete the installation and permit process, while my neighbor started a week ahead of me with another company, they had their solar panels installed within 2 weeks. It took CAM Solar 2.5 months to have my panels running, plus, the sales representative was not clear about certain policies that the company and the loan company have in regards to the monthly payments. If you don't pay the percentage the IRS gives back to them in 18 months, your loan monthly payment will increase....at least have the decency to be clear with the customers just like any other companies have been

They did a really good job overall; from the very beginning to the very end. I had so many questions and they were able to answer every single one of them. There was some damage to my garage wall that took them some time to fix, but it was eventually fixed. My attic access was also left a bit damaged as well, but nothing a fresh coat of paint can't fix. Would still highly recommend them.

Don't get this company. They lie to you to get the sale and then the sales rep quits so your calls and concerns go unanswered. Even upper management fails to help out. They will call and then dissappear again. I have not been satisfied with the service this company has offered thus far. If you buy solar, buy else where..
