We started this project with Freedom Solar back in July of 2022 and our sales rep Haley, was extremely knowledgeable. She explained the difference in panels, micro-inverters, energy costs and recommend the best buy back providers. Due to COVID we had our system install last week and there was Haley walking us through the process and flipping the switch. We had 26 of their newest panels installed generating 11 kWh. Can't speak of the system yet as it's been raining, but it looks good and no leaks so far, thanks to Jeremy our installer and his crew.

Freedom Solar was great to work with from start to finish. Every step, including delays from pandemic shortages, they walked with me, guided me and offered sound advice. I never felt I was "sold" or pushed. They answered what I wanted to know and made sure I understood all my options and their implications. Installation was great. Crew were courteous and knowledgeable. Follow up with paperwork with various agencies was covered by the Freedom Solar team and they kept me informed. I'm super happy with the product and process.

My project manager Mr. Betz, has been outstanding. He's kept my wife and I informed thoughout the whole proccess. I just got my roof done and it looks great! Scheduled the solar panels to come on in a week.

I had a great experience with Freedom Solar. They are very knowledgeable, and broke down how there’s so much advantages of having solar power. Although I wish I had my new roof on the home first before install. This company is easy to work with and have great customer service. I felt the team was very kind and patient especially, Ms. Star, a Freedom solar installation rep in the greater Houston area will take care of you from beginning to the end! Thank you all for your support! I definitely will recommend y’all to anybody that is interested in solar energy!

I had to jump on and give my 5-star review. From the moment I met with my Energy Consultant, Ms. Charity Prada, I knew I was making a solid decision for my home. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and driven to provide the best customer service possible. I loved her energy and passion for her job and she had a compelling presentation showing exactly why Sun Power/Freedom Power was the best solar option. Within a few days, the site assessment was completed by one of the most professional folks I have met in a long time. Tristan came and did what needed to be done in a gracious and friendly manner. He was more than happy to spend a few moments to give me details on what he was doing and what the next steps would be. So far, I am very happy to become a member of the Sun Power/Freedom Solar Power family. If you are looking to get solar and you are unsure of which company to go with...please do yourself a favor and call Freedom Solar Power!!!
