We had our solar installed in 2020, and it started out pretty good getting the install complete. However our system has not been working for the last four months and we cannot get a technician to come out! We have made several appointments, but then no one shows up. I would definitely choose another solar company.

We were baited. During a 3+ day power outage in our little town, Freedom Forever guys were out walking around stacking up contracts. We already had solar but no batteries to store power so we were out like everyone else. We were approached by a FF salesman and talked us into getting batteries so when an outage happens again we’d be able to run main appliances including the a/c unit. When it’s 110 outside and you’re going out front to cool off from the house, battery back up sounds amazing! So we took the bait and that was in July 2022. Now, it’s March 2023 and we’re still not online with the batteries. In fact, they’re not hooked up along with our main panel upgrade. We still have 2 inspections to go so maybe we’ll be online in time for the summer…one year later. We’ve been in constant contact with our FF salesman the whole time, vast majority of it initiated by us. Majority of the time when we contacted him, he was out of town or on vacation in other countries. We’ve had a few reimbursement checks paid to us (we were told all would be up and running before we had to make the first payment) but were only given to us because we pushed for them. We’ve called the 800# and get the runaround every time. Nobody wants to take responsibility for the massive delays and massive lack of communication. We strongly discourage anyone from using Freedom Forever for solar. Hopefully there will be benefits once it’s all completed but time will tell.

I signed in August 2022 and was installed late September 2022. I was excited to see how fast things were moving forward. It seems they were eager to get me scheduled for installation so they could forget about me. I was never contacted about when the inspection would happen. In fact when I called in, the inspection had already failed twice at this point and no one on the phone was competent enough to answer any of my questions as to why. I called 4 times and each time asked for someone to call me back with an update. They told me they would and no one ever did. Feeling helpless I turned to my sales rep, Seth Ray, for help. He wasn’t responsive to me. I text again. Nothing. I texted him from a fake number I created just stating I was a different person he met up with and that I was interested in solar. Immediate response. I set up “a phone call appointment” and told him what I had to get his attention. Finally after this point he got involved and at least helped get someone involved so we could have yet another failed inspection. Well now it’s December, I’m being double billed and they’re asking me to fill out a W9 form to get reimbursement. I work for a different solar company that doesn’t service in AZ so I know solar. These guys are taking advantage of their customers and are straight up liars. Literally asked the process of reimbursement before signing the contract and he said all I needed to do was text him, he would text it into his team and I would get it. Even showed me emails. Do yourself a favor and find a better company. Literally close your eyes, spin in a circle, see where you land and that one is guaranteed to be better.

Third Update* One month and no response. Second update* two weeks and still no response. Update* I emailed Freedom Forever at the email given at the bottom from the "owner" and over a week later I have still not received a response. I think that says all you need to know about this company. Where does one start with reviewing a company that does not hold themselves accountable. I will just start at the beginning. I figured going solar to be a good thing. I was hoping to save some money on my power bill and help with the growing demand for power. Eight months after my solar panels where installed my inverter went out. Not a huge deal but I was never contacted about my inverter not working even though I was told I should have received an email letting me know. Never happened. Then I was told it would take at least a month to get a replacement, well okay. I thought this was kind of a good thing because I was having my house worked on for an addition and needed the panels on the roof removed for the build. My hope was that by the time the inverter came in my build would be completed and they would replace the inverter and put my panels back on the roof so my system would be in working order. NOPE! I guess the call I had made to make sure that was going to happen and was told it was going to happen was total bull. This company holds no accountability for the product they sell and in my opinion I could have done a lot better when it comes to solar companies. My advice, steer clear of this company. You should also know that if you are unhappy with your solar company and would like to get out from under it, that's not going to happen. No refunds, no accountability. I will make sure to tell everyone I possibly can to never use Freedom Forever.

Overall an amazing experience from day one . Victor Gonzalez from Yuma Az. my authorized consultant/dealer was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation team were fast and efficient. The best part is the 25 year production guarantee. Truly a satisfied customer. Customer service was great through the whole process. They stayed connected to provide the next steps. Thank you!
