Your good ol’ small town Walmart. It’s a safe place, nice enough workers. Don’t expect a soul to answer the phone. They should hire someone to stick to the CS desk. Wish they had 5gal water more often. They clearly sell out each week but don’t increase their order. The property surrounding the building is always full of litter. Love the pick up service.

Friendly staff, clean facility, safe parking lot are all 100%…. Now if you could just find 50% of the items that you’re looking for, that aren’t out of stock, maybe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if so… ⭐️⭐️ given due to sheer inconvenience. Small town, yes. Large Grocery Chain, yes. Keeping said Small town happy… Provide the items that you advertise, make sure they are in stock. Now that we can’t enjoy a 24 hour Walmart, overnight stockers (Thank Y’all!) have a 8 hour shift to refresh the shelves. Freezer space is valuable, because everything Walmart receives is frozen, so put it out. Management has only so much control, if any, just working with what they have. Walmart software, algorithms, trends, market fluctuations, transactions amounts??? If so, these problems that occur now, can be fixed… #rollback

Kay, the girl in customer service, is rude for no reason. Along with another girl, I felt like I was being teamed up on. There are way easier ways to get things done besides yelling embarrassing accusations. Kay was wrong 3 times and yelling like I was making a run for it. So the more wrong she was with her accusations the more hostile she became. Nobody told me I wasn’t allowed to take the TV out myself and it seemed easier than waiting for even longer for someone. I mean I did pay for it. Home Depot doesn’t require employees to carry out expensive merchandise. And yet Not a single apology. She had the two guys that brought the tv out barely put it in my car and said good luck, while another guy said you’re going to have to ride with the trunk open. I didn’t have to ride with the trunk open, The TV did fit. They would know that if she wasn’t intentionally being rude. I’m afraid to know how many days she’s ruined for others with that attitude. Clearly she’s not listening to what the cashiers say either. I went to my car to move the car seats to be courteous to whoever helped bring it out so they weren’t waiting. She said the cashier said it wasn’t paid for and I had to go to the car to get a card to pay for it. Clearly the cashier didn’t say that because I gave her the cash for it. So So Wrong because I paid cash. And even still…. No apology. Please don’t treat customers like this. There are So many better ways to get things done other than yelling “she’s stealing” in front of everyone.

I almost gave this zero Stars. I'm not sure if that's possible but I would like to give it zero stars. The only thing that redeemed it was a manager came and took care of it for me. However today at Ozark Walmart three different managers not only told me they couldn't do something that they could do but they also refuse to give me their name or anything. Ozark Alabama Walmart has the worst customer service I have ever seen in any Walmart whatsoever. If at all possible I will not go into this Walmart again. That is going to mean I have a very inconvenient life because there is not much else where I live I will have to travel at least 20 minutes to the next town but I will do it just to get away from this walmart.
