It was super busy, yet employees were standing around not doing much besides cutting up and laughing. I had to grab some jumper cables, the young man with long hair working the auto parts/service cash register was very nice and helped several people before helping me. Checked me out quickly and was very polite. I wish I would have caught his name but he whoever works there must know who I'm referring to. Shoulder-length hair. Looked like he could have been on the cover of any 90s rock band's cover art. He is the only reason I threw 3 stars your way. The store was dirty, nothing was stocked, the trading card section has a disaster and there was a single booster box of cards there. Literally one single box. Enough people to watch the exits though. Did not check receipts, just watched the exits and made jokes with one another. 3 employees on each exit and a store that looked like a hurricane was hitting town tomorrow is perplexing to me.

Your door greeter is extremely rude and racist. When I went inside, she spoke to all the African Americans , but when I said good morning, she continued her conversation on the phone. I did my shopping and went to leave after using the self check out. I was the fourth in line to leave. As I watched her carrying on a conversation with the African American people in front I noticed she never checked their receipts. They had quite a few items not in the bags. Next wasva Caucasian male that had 1 item not in a bag and she stopped him to check his receipt. Next was another African American male. She let him go without checking his receipt. I was Next.... I also had 1 item not in a bag and she stopped me . She was extremely rude. I told her to have a blessed day and I never received a response. I am now taking my business elsewhere, because this is ridiculous. I think her name was something like centennial.

Greetees are awesome, super friendly on the way in and out. Store has things laying all across the isles, seems liya lot of people just throw things down then the associates just walk right past it after looking at it like it's no big deal. Electronics lady tonight really struck a nerve, I had never been in this store so wasn't familiar with it nor my surroundings. We ended up walking behind registers getting to the next isle, never looked to my left to see them but the way it is set up in that store it literally looks like a passthrough to another section. There are no chains across it nor marking suggesting you couldn't walk through. The lady was on another isle and as rude and loud as possible "after we already walked through and was on the other side of the area" told us we couldn't walk through there. I won't lie, after my day I walked back to that isle and in a firm voice said " look lady, we are not from this area and had no idea we couldn't walk there. There are no chains, no markings or posted signs anywhere suggesting we can't. I won't deal with that rude attitude and it's completely uncalled for." Then I went about my merry shopping way. It's not the worst Walmart I've ever been to but it's officially on the list of Walmarts I'll never step foot in again. Teach your employees to be a little more respectful and understanding. We already do all the work for y'all when we go into Walmart nowadays from self checkout to locating things we need because it seems everyone is to busy to be helpful.

Something is really wrong with their online order/delivery/pickup. I ordered a furniture for pickup, but I recieved a txt stating it is not ready and they will deliver it instead. A day later they stated their delivery is arriving soon and a minute later they stated they can't deliver it and they will try another time. The next day they canceled the order. I ordered again hoping for a different output but no luck. Then I decided to try another store and selected the one on Moffett street and boom I got my order with no issues on time.

When ordering groceries online I shouldn't be missing stuff that was said to be picked. I shouldn't have to go through my bags to make sure everything is there after they are put in my car... I was missing 4 items and also 3 of my items were disgusting. I get home I unload my groceries and throughout the day I realize I'm missing stuff.... money was paid for these items and I shouldn't have to run back and forth to the store to make yall give me what was missing. Also, I couldn't reach anyone on the phone to handle the situation. I called got transferred and then got hung up on.tried calling that number for pickup and it went straight to voicemail. I really wanted my Avocados so since this is the only way I can tell yall my sister works here so she grabbed my avocados for me! My order number is 7531217803593
