Customer service is great. Been a customer for 6 years. The RES team is knowledgeable on the products they sale. As a costumer, I had an issue with my inverter. (My fault) I call RES, talk to Steven, was able to walk me through settings over the phone. We live of grid, save us over 240 miles round trip to go to Fairbanks. Thank you so much. Installation looked good and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Only complaint is that they sell you on the panel size and make no mention that the micro-inverters are undersized. My system used 440W panels with 349W inverters. Sure that won’t make a difference outside of summer, but I’m losing 1.5 KW off my 7KW build in peak summer sun due to undersized inverters. It’s on me that I didn’t read into every component, but it would have been nice if it was explained.

RES does an outstanding job from quote to completion. Extremely professional staff made our solar install easy. It’s been 4 years now and it is making power just as promised. So happy with our system.

Late afternoon on a Friday, we experienced a “fatal error” on our inverter. We called Steven, hoping he’d be there and be able to help us out. He gave us several steps to try, in the hopes that the system would reboot and the cause would be identified. We followed his suggestions and, thankfully, it worked! We are back up and running. We have worked with Steven at RES for much of our off-grid system. He always gives us five-star service! Highly recommended. Thanks!

RES has the most excellent customer service! With a little brainstorming they found a great solution to my uncommon electrical request at a very competitive price!
