I picked LA Solar Group to install my solar system. I couldn't be happier. Torey &Cece was very responsive and kind throughout the pre-installation and post installation process. They installed my panels in 3 weeks and my system was on at week 6. I've already recommended them to my brother and my friends. Thank you LA Solar and keep it up.

I used LA Solar 7 years ago and they did an incredible job. Unfortunately, on our new house, it has been far from incredible. Incredibly terrible and terrifying at this point. I think the biggest problem is, we are using them this time for roofing as well as solar. The roofing part of this project is beyond miserable. I have paid LA solar for roof work that now the roofing company stats they were never paid for. So I had to locate another company to complete the stucco edge just so we can move forward. At this point I am losing money by the day but I have to keep moving forward. So you would think that LA solar, when a project is a total debacle, would go out of their way to provide incredible customer service or at least make the customer feel better. The last response I got 10 days ago from LA solar was “ Roofers are unresponsive”. I got that response after literally an entire week of sending emails with no response from their team. It’s truly incredible how a company can perform like this. Unfortunately, being a business owner myself, I would think this will eventually take them out of business unless they can correct this. The above issue is just one of at least 20 issues I have had on this project. I can go on and on on issues that would blow you away but… it’s just not worth my time to lay them all out here. I am hopeful that I can update this review when the project is over and tell everyone that they were able to step up their game, provide some real customer service, and get the rest of our job done smoothly.

I had a great experience working with LA Solar Group. They have great service and support, specially support was great. Everything was done quickly and on-time. The technicians I worked with were very knowledgeable and provided useful technical help. I’m very happy with my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall. I would recommend LA Solar Group to anyone looking to add solar to their home.

HARVEY IS GOOD FOR LA SOLAR GROUP - After LA solar installed additional panels, my old panels stopper working. I contacted owner and he immediately responded and sent Harvey to take care of my issue. Harvey helped identified issue and while issue is not yet fully resolved, I have confidence after meeting with Harvey that issue will be resolved. Harvey is very customer friendly and has an attitude of doing what ever it takes to resolve customer issue. Also want to acknowledge and thank both owner and James for following up and sending Harvey to help resolve the issue
