We weren't actually looking for a solar system for our home. My friend called me and was so excited about her new solar system that I called Freedom Forever to see what it was all about. Our sales person came over to meet with me and my partner. After he finished telling us about the product, including the tax benefits, how the product is made and outstanding warranties, we realized that it was a win-win situation for us. We also had to have some roofing work done before the panels could get installed and we were on our way. The installation team arrived on time, and would let me know the progress that they made when they were leaving. Our sales person and project manager were always checking in to check the progress of the installation. I felt very secure that things were going well. Finally, our project was finished, all inspections were passed, and we just got our first electric bill for -$47.00 meaning we produced more than we used and now have credits with Edison. I cannot say enough about the customer service. All calls and questions were answered promptly and I never felt that pressure to buy their product. Well deserved rating! Highly recommend them.

I was satisfied with my solar system from sales to installation to getting it turned on. Bernard, the project manager, was very helpful during the installation process. Austin, my sales rep, was very thorough with the system and the contract. The system was activated last 10/17/22. So far it has been performing well. Got my first two Edison bills and happy to see that I not only owe nothing to Edison for the monthly but I also now have a 132 dollar credit with Edison for producing more than I used in the past 2 months. Thank you Freedom Forever for doing such a great job!

Freedom Forever was recommended by a trusted friend. I quickly signed up to learn for myself about Freedom Forever and Solar installation in general. I was quickly impressed by their savings by going solar and the attention to detail and care during the installation. I signed up to have solar installed at my home. Unlike other contractors who have been late and over budget, Freedom Forever was on time and on budget, and the entire process went very smoothly. We are glad to recommend Freedom Forever!

The overall experience was positive with Freedom Forever. Initially, it was a bit quiet during the design phase, but once it was completed, the process moved quickly. The installation was a surprise, as it was completed in just a few hours, with no disruption to power, despite the need for a new panel. The installation was clean and looked like it was part of the original house design. The solar panels used were American-made 400w panels, and looked much better than Chinese-made panels with their unsightly gray metal bands. Highly recommend Freedom Forever for those looking to save a ton of money on their Edison bills.

I decided to write this review because when my wife and I decided to invest in solar panels for our home it was difficult to determine which solar installer to use. We met with a group of eight interested neighbors and after studying the reviews and talking with numerous solar company representatives we all voted to go with Freedom Forever. That was in 2018. Freedom did an exceptional job for all of us. Everyone was very satisfied. I am submitting this review now to inform anyone who is thinking about purchasing solar panels that Freedom not only was the right choice 5 years ago but Freedom continues to be the right choice today. The Critter Guard under our solar panels came loose and I decided to call Freedom’s customer service to find out how I should go about getting it repaired. Luis sent out one of their installers to take a look at the problem and then he called us to say that Freedom would reinstall it at no cost. Once again Freedom Forever exceeded our expectations. Freedom Forever is truly a company that stays committed to its customers. I recommend Freedom Forever to everyone and anyone looking for solar!
