So far so good. My project is with the engineers, still in the planning stage. The cost, terms, and likeability of the salesman so far have been very good. The salesman remains my primary contact person throughout the whole project which is reassuring. He gets back to me promptly. We will see how the rest of the project goes. Ciao

I wish that I would have looked at the reviews before I moved forward with this company/project. I signed a contract for solar panels and to renew the roof. The company I signed with ended up contacting a company, who subcontracted a roofing company. The service was absolutely awful and the communication was frustrating. When the subcontracted company stated that they were completed, they failed to clean up and I ended up getting a flat tire because the nails were not picked up. After all of that, the solar panels were installed...but then all communication stopped. No one commissioned my panels and I've been trying to get support and the panels turned on since the beginning of September. This has been the absolute, most upsetting and frustrating experience ever. No one can support, not even customer service. I have requested multiple calls back, and have yet to receive them. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. To say this has been an upsetting experience is an understatement.

Great experience with freedom forever solar. Lenor was my rep and she was awesome. Always went above and beyond even brought me coffee for morning meetings! They follow up and make sure I'm still good a year later. Couldn't ask for more. Great work done!

They are terrible, stay away and buyer beware. Their systems go out on a regular basis. I had solar installed in June 2021 and it's been less than 2 years. I've had outages that last for week and months at a time, so the Edison bills just keep coming. They are not responsive, and don't honor their guarantee. Their executives and leadership don't answer emails. Go with anyone but Freedom Forever, it will cost you a LOT of time, money and you don't get the product that you purchase.

My solar panels were installed, waited 3 1/2 months for inspection, upon inspection, it was noted that the installation was done incorrectly. Have been waiting for the installers to properly install the panels, and now have been waiting for 2 months for that. In the meantime, I am being billed for solar panels that are not operational. Upon complaining with freedom solar about the issue, I was promised that I would get a refund of the months that I have had to pay Mosaic company for monthly solar service "that I have not received!" Have not seen any promised refund now for 2 months. I'm beginning to feel like I was duped.
